I was quite depressed this morning and my son came sitting on my lap and said, "Are you sad, mommy?" He gave me hugs and tried to comfort me. "Will pancakes make you feel better?" he asked. "Do yoga, mommy!" He's such a blessing in my life. Baba made the yummy pancakes and I did go to the yoga class. After that, I felt much better.
We all have our ups and downs in life. When the darkness comes, it's so hard to see the light. I'm grateful for the lights I have around me to brighten my path when I am in need. May you all see the angels and lights in your path when the darkness comes.
Share a couple of pictures of our yoga day. We took turns taking pictures. Yes, he's born with the talent. ^_^

I'm sorry you were having a bad day. Thank heaven for sweet little boys, huh?
Thank you! Yes, they are angels! ^_^
I'm sorry you were having a bad day. It stinks when those days come around. I wish I was closer to give you a hug.
Thanks Kim! It's so nice to know you are there for me. I miss you!
I've totally been out of the blog scene for a while. ... Sorry you weren't feeling so hot that day. I think we all know days like that (some of us are just more willing to admit it!). ... And I LOVE the picture of Elias doing his downward facing dog. Pretty good--better than mine!
I love your blog design. I'm sorry you had a hard day. We all have those sometimes, but it seems worse when you are stuck at home all day because of the snow! Ugh. Great job Elias!
Dear Michelle,
May happiness and brightness be with you all~!
cheers~~
John~~
